Meta Quest is brilliant for scary games because VR puts you inside the atmosphere instead of just watching it. From slow-burning tension and creepy exploration to jump scares, survival and full-on action, these games all bring something different.

These are scary games I’ve played and would personally recommend. Some are genuinely frightening, while others focus more on atmosphere and suspense, but every one earned its place here because I enjoyed it and think it’s worth your time.
