These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Home Daddy VR online store at HomeDaddyVR.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Products Covered by These Terms and Conditions
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, compatibility information and prices.
Product colours, packaging and minor details may vary from images shown.
Please check that a product is compatible with your device before ordering. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Meta Quest accessories sold through Home Daddy VR do not include a Meta Quest headset.
2. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a product becomes unavailable, a supplier cannot fulfil it, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, we are unable to deliver to the address supplied, or we reasonably believe an order involves fraud or unauthorised payment.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in Japanese yen (JPY), unless stated otherwise. A customer’s bank, card provider or payment service may apply its own currency-conversion rate or additional fees.

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, together with any shipping charges, taxes or other charges collected by Home Daddy VR and shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
4. Third-Party Fulfilment
Some physical products sold by Home Daddy VR are fulfilled and shipped directly to customers by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.
Products may therefore be dispatched from different locations, and different products in the same order may be shipped separately.
Home Daddy VR remains the customer's point of contact regarding purchases completed through the Home Daddy VR store.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Home Daddy VR currently ships only to destinations made available during checkout.
Current shipping destinations, charges and estimated delivery periods are provided through our Shipping & Delivery Policy and the information shown during the purchase process.
Delivery periods are estimates based on information provided by suppliers, fulfilment partners and carriers.
Orders can occasionally be delayed because of carriers, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware that an order cannot be fulfilled or is subject to a significant delay, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options, including cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Where such charges are collected by Home Daddy VR during checkout, they will be included in the amount shown to the customer.
Where charges are not collected by Home Daddy VR and are lawfully imposed by customs authorities, tax authorities, carriers or other government bodies, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

7. Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact Home Daddy VR as soon as possible.
We will attempt to cancel the order before fulfilment begins.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfilment or shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Where an order can no longer be cancelled, the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Returns, Refunds and Problems With Orders
Returns, refunds, damaged products, faulty products, incorrect items, lost deliveries and other problems with orders are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Home Daddy VR before returning a product.
Do not return a product to an address found on its packaging or to another address unless Home Daddy VR has provided that address as part of the return instructions.
Return locations can differ depending on the product, supplier and fulfilment partner.
Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, delivery address, email address and other information required to process and deliver an order.
Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact Home Daddy VR as soon as possible.
Once fulfilment has begun, we cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed.
Home Daddy VR is not responsible for delivery problems resulting solely from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Anyone under 18 may place an order only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

​If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please contact Home Daddy VR promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
10. Website Content
Reviews, opinions, guides and recommendations published elsewhere on HomeDaddyVR.com are editorial content.
Product availability, prices, specifications, compatibility information and supplier information can change over time.
Information shown on the relevant product page and during checkout at the time an order is placed applies to that purchase.
11. Affiliate Links
HomeDaddyVR.com contains affiliate links to third-party stores and services.
Purchases completed directly through third-party websites are transactions with those third parties and are subject to their own terms, policies, prices and customer service arrangements.
These transactions are separate from purchases completed directly through the Home Daddy VR checkout.
12. Intellectual Property
Home Daddy VR branding, original written content, graphics, videos and other original material on HomeDaddyVR.com may not be copied, republished, distributed or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product names, game names, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any limitation contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
If you are purchasing as a consumer in another country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our store, products, services or legal requirements change.
The terms applicable to an order are the terms presented when that order is placed.
Changes made later will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an already accepted order unless required by law.
