The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the customer places the order.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping is currently free for orders delivered to:
Japan: Free
United States: Free
Canada: Free
Australia: Free
New Zealand: Free
Singapore: Free
Home Daddy VR does not currently ship to the United Kingdom or destinations outside the countries listed above.
4. Additional Charges
International orders can be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout, charges imposed by customs, tax authorities or other government authorities in the destination country are not included in the product price or free Standard Shipping offer.
Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient, subject to applicable law.
5. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Home Daddy VR does not directly receive or store customers’ complete payment card details.
6. Payment Timing
Payment is processed when the order is placed.
The date on which the payment appears on a customer's card or bank account can depend on the card issuer, bank or payment provider.
7. Delivery Times
Current estimated Standard Shipping delivery times are:
Japan: 6–12 days
United States: 8–13 days
Canada: 7–16 days
Australia: 7–15 days
New Zealand: 7–14 days
Singapore: 6–12 days
These are estimated delivery periods rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery can occasionally take longer because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Fulfilment
Home Daddy VR uses third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to process and ship physical products.
Different products can be fulfilled from different locations.
As a result, products from the same order can sometimes be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
9. Returns
Home Daddy VR does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply because the customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the product, found an alternative product, ordered the wrong product, or ordered a product that is incompatible with their device where the compatibility information was correctly stated before purchase.
Customers should check product descriptions and compatibility information carefully before placing an order.
Customers must contact HomeDaddyVR@gmail.com before returning any product. Return locations vary depending on the product, supplier and fulfilment partner.
Do not return a product to an address shown on the shipping package or to another address unless Home Daddy VR specifically provides that address as part of the return instructions.
Nothing in this return policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, please contact Home Daddy VR as soon as possible.
We may request reasonable information, including photographs, to confirm the problem.
Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
Where a return is required because a product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, Home Daddy VR will bear reasonable return shipping costs to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact Home Daddy VR as soon as possible at HomeDaddyVR@gmail.com.
We will try to stop the order before fulfilment begins.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfilment or shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If the order has already been dispatched, the Returns & Refunds Policy will apply after delivery.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once Home Daddy VR has processed a refund, the time required for the funds to appear depends on the customer's card issuer, bank or payment provider.
13. Online Sales and Cooling-Off
Purchases made through HomeDaddyVR.com are online mail-order sales.
Japan's statutory cooling-off system for door-to-door and certain other types of sales does not generally apply to ordinary mail-order purchases.
Returns and cancellations are instead handled according to the return conditions stated above, our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
